Court case alerts: know about every movement
Get notified when one of your Chilean court cases has a new ruling, filing or proceeding. Nexulex checks the OJV every day and notifies you by email and in the app.
What triggers an alert
A new ruling, filing, proceeding, hearing or document added to the case file. Nexulex compares each check with the previous one and alerts you only to what changed.
By email and on your phone
Alerts arrive by email and as push notifications in the Nexulex app for iPhone and Android, linking straight to the movement and its document.
Deadlines and hearings
From any movement you can create a deadline or schedule the hearing on the team calendar, so nobody depends on checking the portal in time.
Alerts for the whole firm
Assign cases by lawyer or team and review the whole firm's activity in one panel. Add Boletín Concursal alerts and new cases for a RUT with RUT monitoring.

Questions about alerts
How often do alerts arrive?
Nexulex checks your cases every day. When it detects a new movement, it sends the alert.
What if the Judiciary's systems are down?
Nexulex retries the check and shows the PJUD status on its public status page, so you know when a delay comes from the portal.
Can I get alerts on my phone?
Yes. Besides email, the Nexulex app for iPhone and Android sends a push notification for every movement.
