Questions about case tracking
How often are cases checked?
Nexulex checks the Oficina Judicial Virtual every day and adds anything new to the case file. If the Judiciary's systems are having problems, our public status page shows it.
How is this different from checking the OJV by hand?
The OJV shows a case when you search for it, but it does not tell you when it changes. Nexulex checks all your cases for you, detects what is new and notifies you, with the documents already downloaded.
