Methodology

Case law figures come from the rulings the Chilean Judiciary publishes in its search (juris.pjud.cl), which Nexulex syncs daily. Topics and cited statutes use the Supreme Court's official metadata; the Courts of Appeals do not publish them. A ruling is a document: one case can have several. OJV availability comes from our own automatic checks every 5 minutes from Chile, running real case searches. A failed check does not always mean the whole portal was down. We do not use our customers' cases: every figure is aggregated from public information.

You may use and cite these figures freely, naming the source: "Nexulex, Chilean Judiciary data (nexulex.com/en/datos-poder-judicial), accessed [date]". Journalists and researchers who need another cut of the data can write to contacto@nexulex.com.
