Data rights request
Exercise your rights over your personal data
If Nexulex processes personal data about you, whether because you use the platform or because you appear in court records we process, you can ask us for access, rectification, cancellation or objection, as well as portability and blocking where applicable.
Who can file it
Any data subject: Nexulex users and people whose personal data appears in Nexulex, for example litigants in court cases. Their legal representative or an attorney holding a sufficient power of attorney can also file it.
Nexulex is a Chilean legal-tech service, so these requests are governed by Chile's Law 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and, as it comes into force, by Law 21,719.
Your rights
Access: find out whether we process your data, which data, where it comes from and what we use it for.
Rectification: correct inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.
Cancellation or erasure: have your data deleted when there is no legal basis to keep it.
Objection: object to a specific processing of your data.
Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, or have us transmit it to another controller, where applicable.
Blocking: temporarily suspend processing while your request or a dispute about the data is resolved.
Identity verification
To protect your data we only handle requests from people who prove they are the data subject or act on their behalf. We will ask for your RUT and a copy of your ID card or other means of verification and, if you represent someone else, the power of attorney or document that authorizes you. Do not attach documents to this form: if we need them, we will ask for them by email.
What happens next
We will send you an acknowledgement with a reference number. If we need more information to verify your identity or understand your request, we will write to you. We will reply within the time limits set by law. If the data belongs to a customer organization that uses Nexulex, we may forward the request to it and will let you know. You can also write to privacidad@nexulex.com.
Public court records
Part of the information in Nexulex comes from cases published by Chile's Poder Judicial (Judiciary). Those records are public by law, so cancellation of or objection to them may be subject to legal limits. We review each case and will explain our decision and the reasons for it.
