What is Nexulex?

Nexulex (also written Nexu Lex) is a Chilean legal tech platform for lawyers, law firms and in-house legal teams. It automatically tracks Chilean Judiciary (OJV/PJUD) cases and Boletín Concursal insolvency filings, and brings case law search, RUT lookup and an API together in one place.

What is court case tracking?

It means regularly checking a case's rulings, filings and proceedings so no movement is missed. Nexulex does it automatically: it checks the Oficina Judicial Virtual every day and alerts you when something is new.

How does Chilean court case tracking work?

You connect your cases by RIT or docket number, or find them by RUT, and Nexulex checks the Oficina Judicial Virtual every day. When a new entry, ruling or document appears, it is added to the case file and you get an email alert.

Can I follow insolvency proceedings?

Yes. Nexulex follows Boletín Concursal publications from Chile's Superintendencia de Insolvencia y Reemprendimiento, such as liquidations and reorganizations, and links them to your cases and clients.

Does it include case law search?

Yes. It includes a Chilean case law search engine with more than 3 million rulings from the higher courts, together with the statutes they cite.

How much does Nexulex cost?

The Starter plan has no fixed monthly base: you pay only for active connected cases. Advanced costs CLP 69,900 + VAT per month and Enterprise CLP 179,900 + VAT per month. Internal matters are not billed.

Is there a mobile app and an API?

Yes. Nexulex runs on the web, on iOS and Android and on desktop (Windows, macOS and Linux), and offers a documented REST API with per-organization keys to integrate your cases into other systems.
